3. Concept Design & Feasibility – $2,200 + GST

We explore design options and prepare preliminary plans and cost estimates to test feasibility

4. Project Delivery Plan – No Charge

A clear roadmap outlining approvals, consultants and a fixed-fee proposal for the next stages.
