Urban Solutions Architects
Urban Solutions Architects is a Brisbane-based architectural practice specialising in home renovations, extensions and new homes. Established in 1996, the practice brings extensive experience across residential, multi-residential and commercial architecture, with a particular understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in adapting Brisbane homes for contemporary living.
We believe good residential architecture starts with understanding how people want to live. Our role is to bring together design, planning, budget and buildability to create homes that are practical, considered and responsive to both the people who live in them and the properties they occupy.
As a small practice, clients work directly with the architect responsible for their project. This provides continuity from the first discussion through design and documentation, supported where required by a network of experienced consultants.

Will is the founder and director of Urban Solutions Architects and has more than 30 years' experience in architectural practice.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1991 and becoming a registered architect in 1996, Will has worked across residential, multi-residential, retail, commercial, education and other project types. He established Urban Solutions Architects in 1996 and has also held senior architectural roles within larger practices, providing experience in design, documentation, consultant coordination, project delivery and quality assurance.
His residential work ranges from alterations to traditional Brisbane houses through to substantial renovations, new homes, townhouses and apartment projects. This broader experience brings a practical understanding of planning, construction, cost and buildability to the design of individual homes.
