Contemporary Terrace homes

The developer came to Urban Solutions Architects after having several concepts done by a building design firm and not achieving the desired results. The site, in Everton Hills, was steeply sloping and contained an existing dwelling that was to be retained.

The main challenges were to resolve the vehicle access and to develop designs to accommodate the slope of the site.
