Classic Queenslander Renovation - Wooloowin

The clients contacted Urban Solutions Architects to help them add an extension to the rear of this classic character home in Wooloowin. The goal was to accommodate a their need for a modern family home and retain the charm of the original home. Previous renovations at the rear of the house had not stood the test of time and were demolished to provide a clean slate.

The new extension included an open plan kitchen & family room leading out to a deck. Two additional bedrooms, a bathroom & laundry added the space the family needed; all on one level.
